Featuring fresh fish sourced from Japan, the evening reinterprets traditional Japanese dining through the lens of our collective backgrounds — Japanese, Filipino, European, and Southeast Asian influences woven together with intention.
This will not be the traditional kaiseki. It is our dialogue with it.
Each course is placed alongside a vinyl DJ set curated by DJ Elio, highlighting Japanese jazz, city pop, and ambient selections — echoing the culture of Japan’s listening cafes, where sound and dining exist in harmony.
