Who we are
In the fall of 2020, amidst the uncertainty of a global pandemic and the pressures of launching a brand-new restaurant, four strangers met in the kitchen of The Chastain in Atlanta, GA: Rob Weatherton IV, Lalo Ambriz, Jun Park, and myself. Long shifts turned into late-night conversations, and soon, those strangers became friends. We bonded over shared passion, burnout, and a relentless drive to find something more fulfilling.
Five years later, that friendship has only grown stronger—and so has our dream. Reunited by a desire to bring meaning back to hospitality, we launched this supper club as a tribute to the places we've been, the meals we've shared, and the cultures that have shaped us.
Inspired by the words of the late, great Anthony Bourdain, “The extent to which you can walk in someone else’s shoes or at least eat their food, it’s a plus for everybody.” We all have different stories, beliefs, and experiences; however, something as trivial as food can unite us. We aim to create exactly that: meaningful, intimate moments around the table where strangers leave as friends.
This is more than dinner. It’s storytelling through flavor. It’s culture without borders. It’s a community—one plate at a time.
